Sometimes Shipping Hurts

Sooo... I finally jumped on the bandwagon and read Akatsuki no Yona and let's just say that I was not disappointed. IT'S FRICKIN AMAZING! Like I seriously need more, RIGHT NOW!

The main thing that bothers me though, is that Yona is so frickin' clueless!! Obvs the hunkmeister Hak is crushin on her real hard but she refuses to see it and I've seriously had it. Every time they have a cute moment and Yona ruins it by telling Hak not to joke around I want to shake her until she realizes that he's adorable!

Is it just me or does anyone else find baby Hak adorable?? Look at that little cutie! He loved her since the beginning and it breaks my heart that he suppressed it just because he thought she would never love him the same way she did Soo-Won. 

Yona laughed this off as a joke... are you f*cking kidding me?? What part of this looks like a joke?!?!? 

I ship them even harder every time I see Hak getting excited by the new Yona! That's how I know it's meant to be, because he knew who she was and he loved her, and now he can see who she's becoming and if anything he loves her more!

I feel like every time Yona has a cute moment with Hak where she initiates the cuteness, some one is there to interrupt... what happened to the bro code dragons??

Love him! And don't pretend like you don't when you know you love him. We all know it. Soo-Won is no match for Hak! Plus I feel like she has much more fun with Hak. Just sayin'. 

Is Mamoru Too Old For Usagi?

This Saturday's episode of Sailor Moon was focused around Tuxedo Mask, and it leads me to the age old question, is Mamoru too old for Usagi???

In the original anime series that came out in the 90's I thought he was a little pedo, you know since he was in college and she was in junior high, but after reading the manga and watching Sailor Moon Crystal I have come to a new conclusion. NO HE IS NOT. 

BOOM! Homeboy's in high school. Soooo, under 18 and their relationship is not illegal. That's all I needed. Just for Mamoru to not go to jail if he accidentally grabbed a lil something... but now that I know he wouldn't it's all good. Well I mean it's not ideal, but he's not trolling the junior high schools tryna find a lady, they were destined to be together.  

Cardigan aside, he's not as old as he looks. 

Also, with the new art style all the girls look older anyways. So it's all good brah. 

My Love Knows No Bounds... Musica

After re-reading Rave Master countless times this weekend, I learned one thing, my love for Musica knows no bounds. Literally, I can't stop. He has the sickest burns, is super smooth with the ladies, has badass silver claimer powers, and is a true bro/excellent wingman.

The script from Rave Master anime is gold, for real tho, I am not sorry I watched it even though every time I watch it I wish there were more. But it's killer lines "Where did you learn silver claiming" "The instructions were on the inside of a cereal box!" that fuel my love for Musica even more! Not to mention how much I loved his 5 second relationship with Reina. If she hadn't been killed I think that they would've had a very successful relationship, but alas, we learned she actually had good intentions and a hidden heart of gold as well as a firey personality that would've really complimented Musica, however, if they dated we may not have gotten the gem of the scene where he stole Nagisa's bra?? Probs wouldn't have been able to live without that. 

Now, his silver alchemy? Pretty awesome, I know that in the grand scheme of things gold claiming is higher than silver, but I think he proved that he's super powerful time and time again, not to mention when he fought with Reina and was able to do gold claiming, it just seriously injures him, sooo less than ideal. But I'm just sayin', he could do it. And let's all remember when he used every last ounce of his strength and magic to create Ravelt for Haru which included HIS SOUL! So much bro love and I am a huge fan of it. 

And I think one of my favorite qualities of his, is his true bro mentality and the vital role he played in getting Haru to admit his love for Elie because he's a killer wingman. 

Seriously, Musica, what can't you do? Despite his rough and tumble background, he still has amazing loyalty to his friends, his fiery determination cannot be tamed and he has a booty that just wont quit.. well, maybe not that one, but I think you get the point. Words cannot express my love for Musica, and I could probably go on and on forever about his glory. If you don't know who he is, learn about him. Love him. Then come back and converse with me.
