What Am I Watching? Anime of the Week

Celestial Method

I started watching Celestial Method a while ago and honestly stopped because it stopped showing up on the home page of Crunchyroll, so I kind of forgot about it until this week. Oops!

I know this game really isn't that new, but I recently got back into it and I'm totally loving it again! 

Sometimes Shipping Hurts

Sooo... I finally jumped on the bandwagon and read Akatsuki no Yona and let's just say that I was not disappointed. IT'S FRICKIN AMAZING! Like I seriously need more, RIGHT NOW!

The main thing that bothers me though, is that Yona is so frickin' clueless!! Obvs the hunkmeister Hak is crushin on her real hard but she refuses to see it and I've seriously had it. Every time they have a cute moment and Yona ruins it by telling Hak not to joke around I want to shake her until she realizes that he's adorable!

Is it just me or does anyone else find baby Hak adorable?? Look at that little cutie! He loved her since the beginning and it breaks my heart that he suppressed it just because he thought she would never love him the same way she did Soo-Won. 

Yona laughed this off as a joke... are you f*cking kidding me?? What part of this looks like a joke?!?!? 

I ship them even harder every time I see Hak getting excited by the new Yona! That's how I know it's meant to be, because he knew who she was and he loved her, and now he can see who she's becoming and if anything he loves her more!

I feel like every time Yona has a cute moment with Hak where she initiates the cuteness, some one is there to interrupt... what happened to the bro code dragons??

Look how frickin cute they are!!! I love them!

Love him! And don't pretend like you don't when you know you love him. We all know it. Soo-Won is no match for Hak! Plus I feel like she has much more fun with Hak. Just sayin'. 

30 Day Anime Challenge Day 27

Most badass scene in any anime character.

You know...I don't have a good answer for this. I don't feel I watch enough anime with a degree in badassery in order to actually come up with a decent example. So instead, I'm going to talk about my current obsession: Akatsuki no Yona also know as Yona of the Dawn

Now I just started watching this anime/reading the manga up to the point where it's no longer actually possible for me to read because I can't decipher the Japanese. However, I am already SUPER PUMPED about the ...*sings* chaaaaaaracter developmentttttt. Oh, you know I love me some super sweet and soft characters who for some reason get thrown into the fray. They struggle, fight, and change and I freak-ing LOVE it. It keeps the blood running through my veins and air in my lungs.

Yona is such a sweet heart, and even though I hated her whiny guts at the beginning, 90(+) chapters later, she is coming into her own.

Like, I cannot wait until this scene gets animated.

That's how you make an entrance. Beautiful, sword wielding, archery master, red-headed queen of the world. I don't care what anyone says, she earns her reverse harem. Bow down, bitch.

Kija from Yona of the Dawn

I know it's a part of him, but I still think that it's pretty cool to get to have dragon features to coincide with your dragon power. So I'm counting this as a weapon because Kija definitely uses his dragon hand to kick ass and take names. So yeah, this is my favorite, oh and watch this anime/read the manga since only like 3 episodes are out, it's soooooo good!
