Yep, it's kinda trashy and the whole premise is that Brittany Karbowski (English dub) and her panties set out to do the do with 100 dudes.

Not a show to watch with relatives in the room, and if you wanted to play a drinking game by taking a shot for every panty shot you saw... you'd be hospitalized. Nevertheless, this anime never fails to entertain. I'd watch this garbage again and again.
